Refund & returns.
Effective 2026-04-24All sales are final. Because each chair is a one-of-one unit sourced from office liquidations and offered at deep discounts off retail, Kontor Supply does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds after proof of delivery.
Order completion
An order is considered complete and final at the moment our delivery crew confirms delivery. Delivery confirmation may include any of the following, at Kontor Supply's discretion: a signed receipt, a timestamped photograph of the chair at the delivery address, GPS confirmation from the delivery crew's device, or a signed acknowledgement from the customer or a designated recipient at the delivery address.
Condition at listing
Every chair is listed with a clearly stated condition: New, Open-Box, or Used. "Used" chairs have been sat in and show signs of wear consistent with prior office use; this is disclosed up-front and reflected in the discount price. Normal wear is not a valid basis for a refund claim.
Damage or discrepancy claims
If your chair arrives with material damage that was not disclosed in the listing, or is materially different from the listing (wrong model, wrong size, or wrong frame), you must submit a written claim to hello@kontorsupply.com within 24 hours of delivery, with the following:
- The order number or SKU (found on the listing and your confirmation email)
- At least three clear photographs showing the damage or discrepancy, including one of the SKU tag affixed to the chair
- A short written description of the issue
Claims submitted after 24 hours or without photo documentation will not be eligible for remedy. Kontor Supply will review valid claims within two business days and, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies: a replacement unit (subject to stock), a partial refund equal to the assessed diminution in value, or a full refund with chair return at our cost.
Cancellations before delivery
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before our crew departs for your delivery window. Once the chair is en route or has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled and standard final-sale terms apply.
Refused delivery
If you refuse delivery without a documented damage or discrepancy claim (above), the chair will be returned to our inventory and a refund will be issued less a restocking and return fee equal to 25% of the purchase price.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback in lieu of submitting a claim under this policy is a material breach of the terms of sale. Kontor Supply reserves the right to pursue recovery of any successful chargeback on an otherwise completed order, along with associated fees.
